Can I reserve my place?
In order to guarantee your place you need to register. -
Where can I view the Attendee List?
The attendee list is not made available to delegates. -
Are all presentations available on the web?
Presentations will be available to attendees online within 10 days of the event taking place. The distribution of presentation materials is subject to the speakers' permission. -
How can I get to the venue?
The event is taking place at the Sheraton Porto Hotel & Spa

Who do I contact if I am experiencing technical difficulties with the website?
If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the website or online registration form please email info@porto2018.uitic.org. -
When do I have access to my participant card?
All the registered participants will have a free pass for the activities subscribed.
The free pass will be delivered to each participant in the first day of the congress , along with the documentation folder once you check-in at the Sheraton Hotel.
An email will be sent to each participant in advance, with the congress program, the events in which is registered, the time of departure and arrival for the events and all the instructions to follow. -

What does the fee includes?
Participant registration fees include:
- Participation in all sessions;
- Access to abstracts and presentations of all oral and poster lectures;
- Coffee breaks;
- 3 lunches (16th, 17th and 18th May);
- Welcome dinner (16th May);
- Official gala dinner (17th May);
- visit to the factories (16th May).
Accompanying registration fees include:
- participation in the sightseeing tour of the Porto World Heritage Site;
- 3 lunches (16th, 17th and 18th May);
- Welcome dinner (16th May);
- Official gala dinner (17th May);
- visit to the factories (16th May).
Factory visit fees include:
- Transfers from hotel to factories;
- Coffees;
- Lunch. -

What about accommodation?

What is the substitution/cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend the Event we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no extra charge provided that you notify us by email to: info@porto2018.uitic.org.
